Automated Access Control Rule Generation via Semantic Matching
نویسنده
چکیده
Semantic Web techniques bring us help in many fields. In this paper, we propose a way to use Semantic Matching on access control. We illustrate the motivation with an eBusiness access control schema based onRelBAC (for Relation Based Access Control). Semantic Matching techniques are applied on the lightweight ontologies of the subjects and the objects to find the semantic similarities that can be used to suggest new rules, to reuse the existing rules or to separate the duties of semantically disjoint user sets.

A procedure for Web Service Selection Using WS-Policy Semantic Matching
In general, Policy-based approaches play an important role in the management of web services, for instance, in the choice of semantic web service and quality of services (QoS) in particular. The present research work illustrates a procedure for the web service selection among functionality similar web services based on WS-Policy semantic matching. In this study, the procedure of WS-Policy publi...

The Web 2.0, GRID applications and more recently semantic desktop applications are bringing the Web to a situation where more and more data and metadata are shared and made available to large user groups. Things are further complicated by the highly unpredictable and autonomous dynamics of data, users, permissions and access control rules. For this novel scenario, a new access control model, Re...

The Web 2.0 is making everything on the web more interactive, more social and more dynamic. Nowadays, unknown users are from dynamic online communities; new resources emerge in different granularity and scales; even relatively static permissions are evolving with new contexts; everything has changed due to the new information technologies. However, the privacy issue is inevitable: How to contro...
متن کاملInteractive Rule Learning for Access Control: Concepts and Design
Nowadays the majority of users are unable to properly configure security mechanisms mostly because they are not usable for them. To reach the goal of having usable security mechanisms, the best solution is to minimize the amount of user interactions and simplify configuration tasks. Automation is a proper solution for minimizing the amount of user interaction. Fully automated security systems a...
متن کاملWeb Service Composition via Semantic Matching of Interaction Specifications
Web service composition is a difficult and important requirement for the success of the Semantic Web. In this paper, we present a method of facilitating automated service composition through the declarative specification of potential interactions between them (or workflows) and the provision of semantic matching support to allow the automated interpretation of the interaction specifications. Th...
